Be the beacon
The frequency of the heart cannot be measured by the intellectual or rational mind for it is far greater than we can comprehend. The light of the heart shines radiantly and powerfully, like that of a lighthouse. In our darkest moments and most turbulent tides of life, the light of a heart, ours or another, is our anchor and our saviour. In a world that is ever growing and changing, seasons turn the yearly cycle, day fades to night and life begins and ends with a single breath, there is always one constant. The light of the heart that emanates from within.
In Celtic mythology the heart and the soul are synonymous, one in the same. This infinite, eternal and sacred spark aligns us with our true essence. Calling us back again and again to the unique and natural, to the grounded and steady pulse and frequency of which we are always attuned to (but not always listening to). As we return and recalibrate with our light and frequency it illuminates our path before us. It enables us to transmute the pain and realign with our sacred mind, body and heart.
~ What if the heartache and heartbreak are necessary allies in a remembrance and reclamation of our divine love, strength and courage?
~ What if each time we intentionally witnessed and compassionately held each experience that which seeks to limit, deplete or separate us?
~ What if within this remembrance of unconditional love and radical acceptance we anchored and amplified more deeply into our innate power?
~ What if we could readily give and gift ourself permission to embody our truest expression and divine design?
I believe we have chosen to be here at this exact time to do precisely this. To nourish and nurture ourselves as we personify a heart centred and conscious expression and connection with ourselves, each other and the earth herself.
We are the beacons of light, shining radiantly and illuminating the path forward as the old world and ways crumble and disintegrate. We are the keepers of the light and the doulas of the heart that assist in the birth of the new and true.
We know our heart and soul is infinite, divine, unbound and free to soar and shine in this life beyond and between. We know that the light we seek is anchored within us always, bringing us home to the beacon of light we are.
